Training mats are very useful as a progression between loose foam pits or porta pits and competition landing mats. Training mats are 8" or 12" thick and can be made any size to meet your requirements. commonly used sizes are 4' x 8', 5' x 10', and 6' x 12'. These mats may be purchased in any color (all solid vinyl cover), and in red or blue (with mesh top). Also, training mats may be Folding (F) or Nonfold (NF) designs.
